Meet our humans
Rebecca Wattam
The boss lady

Rebecca lives with her husband of over 10 years and the first 9 of those were also with their handsome French Mastiff Blue, who has since sadly passed over to rainbow bridge. However the birth of their young Daughter Mildred born in 2018, has completed their lives.

When Rebecca is not putting her efforts into the business, she enjoys weight training to compete in Body building competitions and spending quality time with her little perfect family.

How it all began

Rebecca has always worked with and around animals, having spent a large amount of her career working all around the world in the equestrian industry with international show jumping horses.  Including working with Eric Lamaze – winner of the Bejing Olympics 2008.

Having successfully managed stables for a number of years, Rebecca turned to the equestrian property market gaining even more knowledge and experience.

Offered an opportunity to train and work in dog grooming, Rebecca found a new passion and in 2012 opened her own dog grooming business. Now called Doggroomology, to represent the advanced health innovation behind each dog groom, with her knowledge and training in animal welfare, customer care, animal presentation and business management, it is no surprise the business is flourishing.

Rebecca has clipped and turned out horses to Grand Prix and Olympic standard  and consistently produces exceptional service, high standards and professionalism with dogs too, she has a diligent eye and caring attitude and will ensure her staff have your dog leaving the parlour looking and feeling great
